Effective Date: May 4, 2026
Last Updated: May 4, 2026
Welcome to PicRevamp ("we," "our," or "us"). Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, services, and AI tools (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information automatically through your use of the Service, and information from third-party sources.
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, username, and password. If you sign in using Google (OAuth), we receive your Google profile information (name, email, and profile picture) based on your Google account permissions.
Profile Information: You may optionally provide a profile bio, avatar image, and other account settings.
User Content (Images): When you use our AI image generation service, you upload "Face Images" and "Reference Images". These images are processed by our servers and third-party AI providers (Google Gemini API) to generate output images.
Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase credits, all payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Creem.io. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card or other financial details directly. However, we may receive billing status, subscription plan details, and transaction IDs from Creem to manage your account access and credits.
Communications: When you contact us via email, feedback forms, or contact pages, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to provide in your message.
1.2 Information Automatically Collected
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as the pages you visit, the time and date of your visits, the features you use, the images you generate, and other actions within the Service.
Device and Connection Information: We collect information about the device and browser you use to access the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, language preferences, and referring URLs.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (e.g., session storage) to maintain your login session (for up to 30 days if you choose "Remember Me"), store your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
Google Sign-In: If you log in with Google, we receive your Google profile information (name, email, avatar) as permitted by your Google account settings.
Payment Processor (Creem.io): We receive payment confirmation, subscription status, and transaction IDs from Creem to activate your paid plan and manage credits.
AI Model Provider (Google Gemini API): When you generate an image, your uploaded Face Image and Reference Image are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. Generated images are returned to us. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for how they handle data submitted via their API.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:
Create and manage your account and subscription.
Provide, operate, and maintain the AI image generation Service (process your Face and Reference images to produce output images).
Process payments and manage your credits (via Creem.io integration).
Improve, personalize, and develop new features for the Service.

With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when we have your explicit consent to do so.
Service Providers (Subprocessors): We engage trusted third-party companies to perform essential functions, including:
Google (Gemini API): To process your images and generate AI outputs. Google's use of your data is subject to their privacy policy.
Creem.io (Merchant of Record): To process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle tax compliance. Creem's use of your data is subject to their privacy policy.
Hosting Provider (Hostinger): To store our servers and databases.
Email Services: To send you transactional emails (welcome messages, password resets, payment confirmations).
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests from public authorities (e.g., subpoenas, court orders).
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
Protection of Rights: We may share information to enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users or the public.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Account Information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or security purposes (e.g., payment records may be retained for up to 7 years).
User Images: Generated images are stored in your account history. You may delete any generated image at any time from your "My Images" section. Original uploaded images are retained temporarily for processing and your viewing convenience; you can also delete them from your account.
Temporary Guest Images: If you use the Service without logging in (guest mode), uploaded images are stored temporarily in our server's temp folder and are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
Communication Data: Contact form messages and feedback are retained for customer support purposes and may be deleted upon request.

Cookies: You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features (e.g., staying logged in).
To exercise your rights, please contact us at support@picrevamp.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.
6. Security of Your Information

These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords, controlled server access, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
