Subscription Not Activating

If you paid but your plan did not activate:

  • Wait 5 minutes (sometimes delayed)

  • Check your email for confirmation

  • Log out and log back in

  • Contact support with your payment receipt


How to Get a Refund

Refund policy:

  • Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months

  • One-time purchases: Refund within 14 days if unused
