How to Cancel Your Subscription

Step 1: Log in to your account

Go to picrevamp.com and click Login.

Step 2: Go to Dashboard

Click on your avatar in the top right. Select Dashboard.

Step 3: Go to Billing

Click on Billing or Subscription tab.

Step 4: Click Manage Subscription

Find your active plan. Click Manage Subscription button.

Step 5: Click Cancel

On the Creem customer portal, click Cancel Subscription.

Step 6: Confirm cancellation

Confirm your choice when prompted.

What happens after cancellation?

• Your plan remains active until the end of your billing period

• You can use remaining credits until the expiry date

• After billing period ends, you downgrade to Free plan

• Unused credits do not refund

Can I restart my subscription?

Yes. You can subscribe again anytime from your Dashboard.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months.

One-time purchases: Refund within 14 days if unused.
