Fixing Common Generation Errors

Error 1: Insufficient credits

What it means: You have run out of credits.

Solution: Check your credits in Dashboard. Upgrade your plan or wait for monthly reset.

Error 2: Image upload failed

What it means: Your image could not be uploaded.

Solution:

• Check your internet connection

• File size too large (max 10MB)

• Use JPG, PNG, or WebP format

• Refresh the page and try again

Error 3: Generation taking too long

What it means: Normal time is 10-20 seconds.

Solution:

• If longer than 60 seconds, refresh the page

• Try again during off-peak hours

• Check your internet speed

Error 4: Output doesn't match reference

What it means: The AI did not copy the style well.

Solution:

• Try a different reference image

• Use clearer reference with strong style

• Avoid references with watermarks or text

Error 5: Face doesn't look like you

What it means: The output changed your face too much.

Solution:

• Use a front-facing, clear selfie

• Avoid extreme angles

• Ensure good lighting in your face image
