What Happens if My Renewal Payment Fails?

If your monthly plan payment fails, our billing system will try to charge your card again over the next few days. During this time, your account is placed in a grace period, and you can still use your subscription features. If all renewal attempts fail, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free Plan, and your account features will be locked.
