Payment Successful but Credits Not Showing

Usually, credits are added to your account immediately after payment. If they are not showing, please follow these steps:

  • Refresh the Page: Sometimes your browser needs to sync. Refresh the page or log out and log back in.
  • Check Payment Status: Make sure the transaction was successful on your card.
  • Wait 5 Minutes: Sometimes payment gateways take a few minutes to notify our system.

If credits still do not show after 10 minutes, please submit a ticket on our Support Page with your payment details, and we will add them manually.
